Email Marketing
Email marketing remains one of the most powerful tools for nurturing leads, retaining customers, and driving sales. In this case study, we partnered with a growing eCommerce brand that needed to re-engage its customer base and boost repeat purchases. Through a series of automated email workflows and campaign strategies, we successfully transformed underperforming emails into high-converting customer touchpoints.
We started with a full audit of the client’s existing email list, segmentation practices, and prior campaign performance. Our goal was to re-energize the list by cleaning inactive subscribers, creating targeted audience segments, and aligning messaging with user behavior and purchase history. From welcome series to abandoned cart reminders, each sequence was designed to be timely, relevant, and value-driven.
Our creative team developed visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates that matched the brand’s aesthetic. Every message was written to build trust, provide value, and prompt action—whether that meant clicking through to explore a new product or taking advantage of a limited-time offer. Subject line testing and optimized send times helped increase open and click-through rates significantly.
By the end of the campaign, the brand experienced a 35% increase in repeat purchases and a 20% lift in email-driven revenue. More importantly, the strategy laid a foundation for long-term engagement and customer loyalty by ensuring the brand stayed top-of-mind in inboxes without coming across as spammy or intrusive.
The client came to us with a disengaged email list and poor campaign metrics. Open rates were low, click-through rates were declining, and unsubscribe rates were creeping upward. The biggest challenge was rebuilding trust and interest among subscribers who had tuned out. Additionally, there was no automation in place, making the email process inefficient and inconsistent. We had to create an entirely new framework—from segmentation and design to testing and scheduling—to turn the email channel into a dependable revenue stream.
