For this case study, we partnered with a mid-sized eCommerce brand looking to revamp its outdated website and turn it into a high-converting, visually appealing, and mobile-optimized platform. The client’s goal was clear: create a website that not only looked modern but also performed seamlessly across devices—while driving more traffic and increasing online sales.
Through in-depth discovery sessions, we identified user pain points, technical bottlenecks, and missed opportunities in the original site structure. We then built a fully responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized site with an intuitive content management system, allowing their team to make easy updates without tech support. Every design and feature was implemented with the customer journey in mind—from the homepage to checkout.
Our development team prioritized clean code, lightning-fast performance, and seamless UX across all screen sizes. We integrated analytics, a product search function, and personalized content blocks to increase user engagement. As a result, the client saw a dramatic drop in bounce rate and a significant uplift in conversion rates within the first 60 days post-launch.

One of the main challenges we faced was working with a legacy website that had an outdated backend infrastructure and a non-responsive layout. The previous platform limited the client’s ability to make real-time updates, resulting in missed marketing opportunities and a frustrating user experience on mobile devices.
Another obstacle was the lack of clear branding and cohesive design elements across the site. The visual inconsistency created confusion for users and reduced trust in the company’s professionalism. We needed to establish a design language that was both modern and aligned with the brand’s identity.
The original website also suffered from poor loading times and minimal SEO optimization. Pages were taking upwards of 5 seconds to load, causing a high bounce rate and low organic traffic. A full performance audit and technical SEO implementation were required to address these issues and improve overall discoverability.
Lastly, content organization posed a unique challenge. With over 100 product pages and multiple service categories, the navigation structure was cluttered and unintuitive. We needed to create a clean, hierarchical sitemap and rework user flows to make the website easier to browse and convert.
